Printrboard + Arduino IDEversion + Marlin or Repetier

All:
I have a printrboard Rev D and have been running lincomatic's fork of Marlin. To load/manage the firmware I have been used the Arduino IDE 0.22
with a custom Teensy set of drivers. This is all based on the instructions provided with my kit.

I am however getting tired of needing two different versions of the Arduino IDE.

I have tried installing the latest Teensy with the latest Arduino IDE (1.0.X). But
I can not get the lincomatic/Marlin to compile. Nor can I get a straight current version of Marlin
to compile.

I can get Repetier to compile and load (but the behavior is weird (axis reversed, etc.).

So my question for the forum:

Does anyone out there have the newest Arduino IDE working with Printrboard and if so with what firmware?
What changes/mods did you need to make to get it to work?

Any help would be appreciated?

To fix reversed axis all you need to do is change the setting in config.h, so that's an odd reason to not use a particular firmware (vanila Marlin will compile with reversed axis as well for the printrboard, PxT changes the default configuration in his branch).

I can't help on the IDE tho, I still only use 0.22
