problema !!!!: serial error Line Number is not Last Line Number+1

salve a tutti,
ho inviato una stampa e nel mezzo del lavoro ho trovato tutto fermo.
il log mi riportava questo (ho messo uno spazio da dove secondo me cominciano i problemi )
a parte questa stampa che e' andata male anche chiudendo repetier e riaprendolo e facendo connetti vengono fuori queste nuove strane scritte.
ho comunque rimandato la stampa ed e' andato tutto bene, pero mi chiedo cosa significhino quelle scritte, dato che prima non c'erano.

Capitato anche a me, pare perdita connessione USB , io ho messo alimentatore prese USB ma nn risolve del tutto, capita

seguo il post perché mi interessa. Non so da cosa dipende, a me succede ogni volta che lancio un pid autotune, sia per l'hotend che per il bed.

La prima parte degli errori sono dovuti alle librerie openGL che repetier usa visualizzare il pezzo in 3D sul PC, a quel punto si è persa la connessione e non è riuscita più ad allinearsi...
Che a volte lo faccia invece quel discorso dei resend è dovuto al fatto, almeno penso, perché a me non succede mai a lavoro con la prusa i3, mentre qualche volta succede con la kossel a casa, a interferenze sulla USB. A lavoro ho la corrente filtrata quindi non ho problemi di nessun genere....

Bilancia mi fai una cortesia, a quanto stai di baudrate per la connessione???
Se stai a 115000 puoi mettere 115200 in marlin e provi a vedere cosa succede!!!!

ma certo! un favore non si nega a nessuno:

però io ho baudrate 115200 sia in repetierhost che nel firmware (marlin). idem per la porta com su cui c'è la taurino.
Il problema c'è solo se faccio l'autotune, in stampa non ho problemi.

Ma mica perché non mi fidavo.... Solo che alcuni fw li ho visti con 115000 e non 115200, funziona uguale, però potrebbe darsi che ogni tanto si perde qualche bit.....

intanto vi riporto un altro log di una stampa fermatasi a meta' (gentilmente mi dite se si tratta degli stessi tipi di errori o e' ancora altro?)

comunque vi richiedo mi consigliate qualcosa da provare o proprio si brancola nel buio?

Prova ad abbassare il baudrate della stampante e setta repetier con invia dopo ricevuto ok... Prova cosi...

vi posto la risposta che mi ha dato davide di immagina e crea tramite messaggio privato.

E' che stai parlando del problema più "comune" incontrabile non avendo SD o LCD e usando il pc come host..... una bella perdita di sincronismo nella connessione col pc...... e ciao ciao stampa...... confused smiley
Se cerchi sul forum il problema è sviscerato praticamente in tutte le sue varianti.... comunque....

Cambia il cavo Usb con uno schermato bene, usa se puoi un Ups o altrimenti dei filtri di rete e/o verifica che i driver Usb non creino problemi.
I filtri di rete li trovi in tante "prese multiple" anche a basso costo.....

Pensa comunque alla possibilità di montare un Lcd, unico modo sicuro e certo "al 99,5%" per eliminare il problema... dico il 99.5% perchè.... non so ancora come ho fatto..... ma mi è capitata una sola volta anche in una stampante con LCD e SD....... ma è rimasta "unica".... e in "anni" di onorata carriera ci sta..... grinning smiley
