Terminal connector melted

Hi

My terminal connector melted on my duet board due to loose screw.
So i wonder if I can solder the cables direct to the board and what cable to use to replace the one supplied with the Ormerod 1?

You can either solder the cables direct to the board, or replace the terminal block. If you are in the UK, this one [www.maplin.co.uk] should be suitable

Here [www.maplin.co.uk] is an example of suitable cable. They also sell a 20A version, but only on the web site, not in their stores. Another option is heavy-duty speaker cabling.

Large delta printer [miscsolutions.wordpress.com], E3D tool changer, Robotdigg SCARA printer, Crane Quad and Ormerod

Disclosure: I design Duet electronics and work on RepRapFirmware, [duet3d.com].
