Hi,

I got an error in the log file pronterface.exe.log, can anyone please tell me what this mean? thanks.
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "pronterface.py", line 1137, in recvcb
IndexError: list index out of range

The error of the machine is that the heated bed is not heating, and whenever I try to change the temperature of the hot ends using Proterface, the Proterface blocks and stopped responding.

I checked using Arduino serial monitor and the SD card was read at start up.

response for M105 command:

ok T: B:23.6 H0:23.6/-273.1 H1:68.2/200.0 H2:109.2/190.0

The error shown is related to a python file (*.py) within pronterface. The fact you get a temperature result from the M105 command show there is no problem with the printer.
an index out of range error can be caused by asking for a number in location not available
In python an index can be used to store values or data, so say I have an index called numbers(1..10) and I ask for 11 that would be out of range of my index.

Maybe update pronterface or use the web control interface as pronterface is a bit old

Thanks for the reply, indeed it is the py file, I had two extruder installed, maybe the corresponding change in the py file is not correct. Will check that.

Cheers.
