hey ,i cant seem to manualy level my bed due to 1 corner of the bed being higher then the rest by 1.4mm ,bed Bed compensation gives out Bed equation fits points [45.0, 0.0, 0.069] [45.0, 180.0, 0.123] [205.0, 180.0, 0.193] [205.0, 0.0, 1.431]

Hello Darathy.

When you check manually (using a peice of paper under the nozzle, or by eye) what readings do you get?

I'm guessing it isn't really 1.4mm higher at 1 corner.

Make sure the hot end isn't getting held up by something at that corner etc.

If the height difference is real (check it as the previous reply says), it sounds that the Y axis rods are not quite parallel but have a twist between them. This causes the angle of the bed to change as it moves along the rods. You can fix this by loosening the screws that hold the acrylic end plates to the printed parts, adjusting them to get the rods parallel, and tightening them. See here [forums.reprap.org] for a modification to make it easier to eliminate the twist.

Ok while i was trying to apply the y idler bracket from fotomas i noticed this :

The acrylic cracked at the bolt and extended to the rod hole. It was the main couse of my rod twist becouse the whole leg moves up and down when i hold it.

So is there any better version of the legs then acrylic? like aluminum?
