Like all these injections molding machines the issue is not the machine it making a mold!

You generally need a cnc mill that can work with steel. (may be able to use alu on low end systems like this)

I do know of one person who is making a EDM to make molds, so that another option.

So beware, the injection machine is only 1/2 the system.

Epoxy cast molds work also. 3d print, cast it in JB weld it and there ya go.
