I'm wondering if there should be a bond paid by new users

If you don’t spam in 3 months then you get the bond back (or if you leave)

If you do spam, you lose the bond, donated to reprap

When it hurts these spammers back pockets, they might stop!

That will only stop new user registration. Had I had to pay a "bond" to post a question when I first signed up, I would have just gone elsewhere to ask my question or find my answer.
