Brian, I think you're going to have to create a new account. You're not on the list of users (accessible via the administrators' control panel) so there does not seem to be anything I can do using those tools.
I am sorry about this; I do not know the cause for this error.
Once you create a new account, let me know (via private message or email) if you need any changes made to the user name or email address, or if you run into any other problems.
