Dutch user group restyling

Dear admins, mods and other reprappers,

I want to ask if it is possible to restyle the dutch user group to say like the italian section, that is how a user group should be sub sectioned.
If needed i would be available to do the restyling. Know alot about forums and modding, and i am disabled so i have lots of time.
The dutch community is growing and to avoid people to get lost in answers to their questions and to clean up the list it would be usefull to make such a restyling.

I think that if we could team up and admin the dutch section, we can improve it, and make it more readable for dutch newcomers.
Is there a possibility that i could get rights to change the subsection with marinus and jonnie?

We want to change the style of the section to something like the german or italian section, but as moderator that cant be done, is there a solution we can think about?
that would be great because we talked about it in the dutch section and all agree that an italian or german style forum would be what we need to get our part to the next level and make some translations of tutorials and make our own tutorials.
And it would help to avoid 30ish of the same questions about 1 subject.

... then the best way should be to design a folder-structure and activate one of the admins to create this substructure

Here is the italian section.

From the top:
[reprap.org] This is for the "General topics" where we talk all about RepRap and 3D printing, note that we DON'T allow to talk about printing problems in this section.
[reprap.org] This is for the "FAQ and guides section", guides are for forum's use and 3D printing (Ex:I made a guide for the endstops)
[reprap.org] This is for "Main printing problems section" where skilled users talk about their problems
[reprap.org] This is for "Newbie printing problems section" where new users ask help
[reprap.org] This is for "Electronics and mechanical section" where users talk about linear guides, Ramps, cabling, bushing, etc
[reprap.org] This is for "Extruders, hotends, hotbeds and filament materials (ABS,PLA,etc) section"
[reprap.org] This is for "Sftware and Firmware section"
[reprap.org] This is for "Projects and new ideas section", since italians are inventors/makers and we have a lot of inventions on 3D printing ;-)
