New forum for sellers feedback ?
January 05, 2012 08:30AM
There's a lot of threads in general about how such seller is so good, this one so bad, etc.

How about a new forum to centralise that kind of information ?

Name could be "Sales feedback" or anything more appropriate - not a native english speaker here.

Not sure where to place it, maybe stay in the "general" area so that it's easily located by newcomers wanting to decide what they will buy. Or else put it in the marketplace section.

Also, if it is decided to create it, should the existing threads be moved there (if that's possible) ?

... it's possible, but then a lot of work to do eye rolling smiley

I've created a structured sub-forum out of the German user-group in November - needed some weeks to reorganize, but is still in progress ...

Collecting complaints about professional entities is always difficult, because no vendor wants to see messages critical to his business. Accordingly, they attempt to get such stuff removed and the admins receive letters from their lawyers.

The reason this is currently not happening is probably simply to the fact most vendors are exhausted despite having disappointments expressed here and there. After all, many of the complaints complain about long waits before shipping, which would go away anyways as soon as the situation gets less comfortable for the vendors.
