It's possible to change the code Marlin for two separate stepper ,that drive the Z axis and that
have slight differences in the mechanics?
Using for example the driver Z and E1?

First try of the yobi3d-engine was not too impressive. I searched for "bearing" and got a big selection of toy bears. Quantity before quality is not what you want in a search engine.
