This is not being generated by the slicer as far as I can tell.

I have manually deleted all the code and the X axis disappearing to whatever max limit it is going to sticks around.

In other words, the line you see from 0x0 to infinityx0 is not being generated in Gcode.

Can someone please tell me why?

I am on an iMac, so version 0.56

Not a Slic3r issue that I can tell. Off to Repetier thread!

Okay, as suggested in the Slic3r thread, I generated G code with standalone of Slic3r. The last command to move X to the right is NOT there. So, how in the world can there be a command without it being in the g code?

In host you also have start/end gcode scripts which get added on print. Maybe your move is there.
