I start the repetier host, and the bed and extrusion are starting to heat up. After couple of minutes the temperature stops rising for both bed and extruder. The bed stops around 80 and extruder around 28. Anyone has idea what could be the problem? I read that it could be the power output limit, but I can't find where to edit it.

Have you tried just heating up the extruder by itself? Just to narrow down the cause. Or does it only happen when heating both?

I can heat both the bed and extruder through printer itself (the LCD screen), but not through the program. But now I have even bigger problem as the motors are not moving as they should.
