I haven't got my RW pin connected yet so I tried setting RW pin to -1 as suggested in the wiki, but it wont compile with ''DIO' was not declared in this scope.' leaving it set to a pin locks the firmware so it wont turn on, which is as I expected.
Also setting SIMULATE_FAN_PWM results in an error 'int fan_speed' redeclared as different kind of symbol.'
