Any Mach3 users on here?

Looking for some Constant Velocity tips from Mach3 users.

I use Mach3 when 3D printing. Whats your Question?

have you run into a stair stepping pattern in arcs and circles? I can make it worse with CV settings but have not been able to eliminate it completely.

You can see it in this pic, mostly on the stomach of the blue pink panther woman in the background. Vertical pattern.

Got some tips from the Mach3 support forum, but still getting the pattern in my prints.

Was able to clean up the step signal a bit with a better timer capacitor on my TB6560 board.

I'm a Mach3 CNC user but just getting into 3D printing

I built an extruder and bolted it to my CNC machine as a test
My DIY extruder experiment was a success and so I am building a dedicated printer now

slic3r created the Mach3 G code

This was my very first print and it came out great
No problems running the code in Mach3
I say great, because I had no heated bed, I did not attempt to level the bed and I had no fancy temp control unit, onlyt a variac to control the 12 volt heater on the hot end
I have some spider webs but all that can be worked out in detail once I have my new machine up and running
