Missing "slice now" button in 1.34.1 Win64 edition

I've installed the latest Slic3r-Prusa edition on two different machines and the Win32 version has a very welcomed "slice now" button, which is missing in the Win64 version.
Any reason behind this?
Or do I have to enable something in preferences?

BTW: on the 32bit machine it was the first slic3r installation, while I had several older versions installed on the 64bit machine...

There is a setting in the preferences menu, I do not remeber the name exactly, but I believe it was under File/Preferences... the naming after that should be clear to understand.

It is called "background processing"!
I thought this option would enable slicing, when window is minimized...
