You can define which part of the print is done by which nozzle/extruder.
Say, you want to print infill with the 0.8 nozzle: you can tell slicer to "combine infill every x" layers. Then the infill layer height will be two or three times the normal layer height.
Be aware, that you only save time with bigger infill, because every tool change takes time ( heating up, retraction, wipe tower )
