Hi
I am trying to print an open cylinder inside another open cylinder. When I try to slice with Slic3r I get an infill between the two cylinders. Can some one please help me to avoid this.
Thanks
Aaron

Do you have them in a single STL or are you loading two STLs? Are the STLs showing as manifold in the status bar?

Thanks for your reply
Yes it is manifold and it is one stl file. The two cylinders are connected at bottom, the walls are very thin

Do you run slic3r in expert mode? Did you check the "detect thin walls" box?

We might be able to help you, if you provide us your stl-file :-)
