Gap between perimeter 1 and 2

Hi,

I am facing a problem with my prints using slic3r. When I create the g-code with slic3r, there is a visible gap in the print preview between perimeter one and two (counted from the inside) which is also visible in the print:

The print preview also shows the gap:

When I slice the same stl with cura engine, this gap is not visible:

Is this a setting I messed up? I know the infill overlay feature, it is set to 15%, but is has no influence at this point.

What can I do against this gap?

Perhaps this is an issue with the hex infill? Did you try other infill options?

You should tell the Slic3r version you are using and provide your config file, otherwise people will not be able to help you.

Thank you for the replies, here a screenshot of the rectilinear infill, same thing.

I also attached the config file

Change to Prusa-Fork of Slic3r - they solved many Problems with Infill & Thin Walls, and have many new cool Features: : Newest Prusa-Slic3r

"1.2.9 - stable" was never stable, nor was it usable error free.

Thank you Dancer, I will give it try with the prusa fork, I was checking at slic3r homepage for a newer revision, but 1.2.9 was the latest one
