Ive tried everything, so might give it a try here.

Does anyone know if its possible for slicer to read these outer lines as one line and print it as one outer line without gaps?

Cura makes the outer line as one line, but the walls are not as good as in slicer.

Do you have the native CAD file to be able to make a shell that consists only of that perimeter? If you load that STL as a modifier and change some meaningless variable (infill percentage?) you should be able to treat that perimeter as a separate solid and force it to be continuous.

I made this file in AutoCAD, but Ive never used modifiers, so I will browse to see how its done.

I have also noticed that it does this for the first 6 layers, when its done filling the middle part, it goes arround in a single line.
