Multi-Material files

Trying to make a multi-material print using the latest version of Slic3r.
In the manual under "multiple extruders" at the bottom of the page it says, "Within Slic3r, choose Combine multi-material STL files... from the File menu.".
Where in the file menu is it? I've looked everywhere and it's not there.
I've searched the forum and can't find any topics on it.

I've done it this way:
Load part one from the plater window.
Select this part, right click on it and choose "settings" ( or use the settings button of the plater )
A new window pops up and there is another "load part" button. Click it and select all the other parts you want to combine.
Close the window and voilá there they are.

You can also set different extruders in this settings menu.
