Solution found.
Open slic3r separately from Repetierhost. Slic3r's "My Settings" should transfer in then slice the objects sequentially. Exported file can then be viewed and printed in rHost.
The Slic3r sequential printing option (or my brain) isn't working, it still slices all objects in one layer.
Using Repetier host, Slic3r settings; Radius 14mm Height 14mm.
Test printing two 15mm disks 5mm high spaced roughly 80mm apart.
