Incorrect slicing

Hello folks, I have a problem with one model which I want to print. ( [www.thingiverse.com] - EFIS PARTS) . On the picture at this website, there are nice push buttons, when I open this fiel in some 3D viewer, it looks same. However when I open it in Slic3r it seems to be incorrect. Here is link to photo of model in Slic3r and how it was printed [www.dropbox.com] . Could someone help me with this problem? Thank you in advance smiling smiley

It appears that the side walls of the buttons are perhaps facing the wrong way. If I load the model into Meshmixer and run Inspector it finds faults. Likewise FreeCAD finds 28 non-manifolds (4 per button) and a degenerate face.

Cura seems to be able to cope with this.
