When I opened Slic3r then suddenly the power goes out after a while I turn on the computer and pressing the shortcut to Slic3r and does not appear the window, I tried another version Slic3r and the result is the same. How do I fix it? thanks.

You may need to edit the slic3r.ini file, where the position of the window on the screen is stored. May it be, that these values point the window out of the display.

Now Slic3r window has appeared and can be used only configuration that I used in the past have been lost, I've renamed in Roaming folder, then came Slic3r new folder, and I do not know what I did was right or wrong. How do I edit slic3r.ini?
