I have just started using Slic3r recently and have come against some floating geometry I can't seem to support. The general shape is an 'M' with the center point not being supported regardless of changes I make to the settings. I managed a work around in Makerware by setting the bridge distance to 0 which resulted in an insane amount of support everywhere. It doesn't seem that Slic3r has a Max Bridge Length option.
Would certainly appreciate any advice from more experienced Slic3r users.
