Is it posible to choose an individual volumetric speed per extruder?
Does anybody know something about the development roadmap of slic3r, any updates expected in the near future?
You're always free to build a version from the git master repo, there are also now hopefully more frequent builds from the master tree at https://bintray.com/lordofhyphens/Slic3r/slic3r_dev for Windows platform.

I do not know the answer, but one thing to try is to look in all the ini and cfg files with a text editor. With many applications I have come across settings that don't appear in the GUI but can be changed by hand, so it's worth a look.
