Hi. First post.
I'm switching back and forth between Cura engine and Slic3r in Repetier.
So far I've only had successful prints from Cura because of the support material.
In Cura, it can generate support material at each layer.
In Slic3r, it seems to only deposit it in layer heights that correspond to the nozzle diameter, so while my overall layer height is at 0.15, the supports are only every 0.4mm.
As such, they are almost bridging, barely touching the layer below, with poor adhesion.
I just want the supports to print with the same z resolution as the part, or at least have some control over it.
Any advice?
Cheers,
Steve
