hey guys, i want to print the 3d model in this album.
but the preview doesnt fit the 3d modell and the 3d printer( german reprap x400).
it only prints the little bottom piece you see in the preview. the model has been created with Autocad.
What causes the diffence between preview and 3d modell? Do you want me to upload my config bundle?

The model isn't manifold,
What did you use to create it?

i created the model with autocad.
slic3r says the model is manifold

Difficult to tell as I cannot magnify your image easily, but my guess would be that the circumference of the hollow cylinders on the sides of the box are only just touching the box. Make them a bit closer so that there is some overlap.

Is it metric or imperial? If you exported the model in imperial the the details are too small for the printer to print and get lost when slicing. Scale it to metric would be my guess.

Thanks for the replies.
My Problem was simply, that Walls were thinner than the nozzle diameter.
