Detect Thin walls not working

EDIT:
i just tried some more options and disabled "detect thin walls". now the gcode looks fine! smiling smiley
seems to be a bug in that option
---------------------------------------------------------------

iam trying to print a part with two small walls and i cant get it to work with slic3r.
tried turning on "detect thin walls" and reduce vertical shells but nothing helped.

with cura i can just reduce the shell thickness but i get much better print results with slic3r

i attached 2 screenshots of the part

any ideas? smiling smiley

thanks in advance

I often try it with and without thinwalls. And with and without gapfill.

Sometimes a better fix is to design the part with exact wall thickness to match an even multiple of extrusion width. I'm now using 0.4 nozzle with 0.5 width, so a good wall would be 1 or 1.5 or 2 or 2.5 mm.
