Slic3r Home every layer

Hi all

I have a prusa i3 rework for 2 weeks now. I am using matter control because of the auto-level feature.
In Windows i had to download slic3r individually and replaced that coldre in matter control folder. I moved the printer next to my hackintosh and had to lado replace the slic3r app inside the matter control app because it couldnt slice anything. Now it can slice but when printing at every layer change the extruder goes home in X and Y and keeps extruding making the nozzle all covered in abs and then goes to the upper layer leaving that mess in the model being printed.
Using matterslicer or cura all ok.
Any help?

I'm not an expert - I don't see any settings in Slic3r that would do that.
I am using Repetier Host w/Slic3r.
It may be a bad install or it may be some strange interaction with matter control (which I have no familiarity with).
r u using ver 1.2.9?

It would help if you uploaded your gcode from Slic3r to here (link it from dropbox or any other site you like).
