error opening slic3r configuration

I am getting a 0x80004005 error when I try to open slic3r config inside repetier-host.
20:09:30.414 : System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The requested operation requires elevation
at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithCreateProcess(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
at RepetierHost.view.slicer.Slic3rInstance.RunConfig()

I can open slic3r stand alone with no issue.
I tried running RH as admin, reinstalling RH, SFC /scannow.
It previously worked.

windows 10 desktop
RH 1.5.4
slic3r 1.2.9a

same RH installed on W10 laptop works fine.

any ideas

problem solved

If the error states that it requires elevation, then either right-click on the application and select "Run as administrator" or change all the paths used by the application so that is saves config & other data in directories that do not need admin rights to write to. The latter is the better solution because you will then not have to go through the confirmation dialogue every time you launch the application.

I don't know what the issue was. I had set it to run as admin because it gave me another error. then this showed up.
I uninstalled Repetier-Host and reinstalled 1.5.5 and it still didn't work. Then I removed the run as and it is good.
