I have set 2 raft layers. All the other settings in the 'support material' section are set to default. My layer height is set to 0.2 and the first layer height is set to 0.35. If I slice an object I get a first raft layer at .35. A second raft layer at .65. Then the third (normal) layer at 1.25. So there is a gap of .6 mm between the raft and the object. In my case this 3rd layer isn't layed down properly onto the raft, I assume because this gap is to big.
In the gcode file the offsets are 0.1 lower because I have a z_offset of -0.1mm set:
$ grep Z xxx.gcode
G1 Z0.250 F3600.000
G1 Z0.550 F3600.000
G1 Z1.150 F3600.000
G1 Z1.350 F3600.000
G1 Z1.550 F3600.000
I have the gcode file attached (including all slic3r settings at the end).
Is there anything I can do to lower this gap?
