I have a simple model - it is a headband for earphones. Basically a 3d rectangle bent in 10 places. Slic3r says it is not manifold, but 2 other pieced of s/w say it is. I "fix" it with netfabb and it still says it is not manifold. Careful inspection reveals nothing.
SO what is the problem with slic3r????/
