Missing parts from the slic3d stl

Hi,

New to the forums here, thanks in advance.

Got this stl file here (rotate Y by -90) it slices into a cylinder only and misses the two side pillars and the side fork.
When I slice with Cura it comes out fine, but I can't get those slicers to work with my printer.

Setup
Printer: Printrbot
Repetier Host
Sliced with Slic3r

I've rotated your STL using OpenScad - try the attached STL. I've also attached the SCAD file so you can modify if needed. I have doubts as to whether that side fork will print though.

I can rotate it myself.
The model looks a little different than mine, probably due to the export method.

After I slice it with Slic3r it sill looses the side pillars and the side fork (all I get is a cylinder).
I'm not sure why that is happening.

My rotated STL sliced fine with Slic3r 1.1.6 - nothing missing. See attached G-file (zipped). Maybe it due to the version you are using or your settings. The settings I used are in the attached G-file as usual (at the end).

One thought is that some parts are very thin, and will not slice if your extrusion width is greater than the wall thickness.

OK so you g code looks good, but my printer is much smaller so its off my base.

I ended up slicing it in Slic3r outside of Repetier host, and it WORKED!

Imported the gcode straight into the program and it works great.

Thanks for the help!
I really appreciate it.

(I learned how to export and import gcode from this)
