I recently installed Slic3r 1.1.7 on a windows 98 machine (used for my printer). I want to copy my profiles from a win 7 machine to the 98 machine. I now where they are on win 7, but can't figure out where they are stored in 98. Can someone tell me. Searching the drive has yielded no insight.

I don't know where they are on Windows 98, but you should just be able to save them to a thumb drive from within slic3r.

that,s fine, but I need them on the 98 machine and I don't know where to put them so that slic3r can find them. I can't leave the thumb drive in the 98 machine because all the usb ports are being used for other purposes while printing.

Put them on a thumb drive using "export config" or "export config bundle" from the Win7 machine ("Files" tab), load into Slic3r on the 98 machine with "Import config" or "Import config bundle", then save wherever you like on the 98 machine.
