I'm trying to build a Metal 3D printer based on an enlarged version of the Rostock see:

For the initial trials I have been using a small python script to generate simple shapes in GCode. I'm now at a point where I would like to try more complex shapes and use a proper slicer.
I managed to do nearely everything I need from the custom GCode except two things:
- There are still temperature settings that are not required that needs to be manually removed in the GCode
- More importantly I would need a more refined control of the speed from layer to layer in slice3r there is only the posibility to set the first layer speed and a single speed for the subsequant ones. Is there a way to set a speed for each layer or a profile in some hidden function? I was wondering if there was the posibility to do variable calculation in the custom gcode to calculate a speed for each layers ?
