The Layer direct on the bed is perfect but the toplayer ist not filled!!!
I have added the pictures of the last 3 Layers: layer63 filled - layer 64,65 only half filled.
The result (teil.png) ist not so perfect ...

Where is my error ... I played around - but could not change that behavior.
top_infill_extrusion_width = 0
top_solid_infill_speed = 50
top_solid_layers = 3
Those 3 parameters seems to control those layers.
top_infill_extrusion_width = 1 makes no difference.

The best would be if not only the toplayer ist full - in general all surfaces should be 100% filled (see in teil.png the half height surface!)

Is there a trick??

Set your extrusion width manually, for example 0.4 mm, for all widths in Advanced settings.
You can also set the nozzle diameter to a bit smaller value, for example 0,39, that will avoid gaps in thin walls.

Thanks for the tip!
Especially the extrusion width (from 0 to 0.4) improved the behavior!
(I thought it will be raed from the printer configuration of Repetier)
