Slic3r perimeter has peaks in path

Hi all,
I'd like to ask for your help about slicing solid objects without infill, so only the perimeters are printed. Untill now printing was succesfull, but today strange things happen in slicer. Slicer is mostly following the outline as it supposed to be, but makes little peaks in the paths. The little peaks at the outer perimeters seem to amplify in the next perimeters to bigger peaks (see picture). Please help!

Hi Berkhout,

I have tried it on my PC with Slic3r 1.1.7 and 1.2.0, and I also get those glitches,
repairing it with NetFabb did not fix this problem, you probably already tried that.

When I import the model in OpenSCAD and try to export it, the program crashes:
error message: "sorry, this triangulation does not deal with intersecting constraints"

I don't know what that is supposed to mean, perhaps the STL file is damaged..?

Hi,

sliced without a problem (V1.1.7) at 1 and 2 Perimeters.
There are 119 intersecting triangles but still manifold...
