So when I slice a .stl file in Slic3r, all you see is a rectangular cube. The object is not a cube. It's more complex. The object loads into repetier host Mac just fine and it looks how it should but when sliced... It's a rectangular cube. Any ideas on a fix?
Yes, as waitaki has said it is not possible to diagnose without the STL. The most common reason is an improperly formatted STL which some slicers deal with OK and others not - you could try running the STL through a repair program such as Netfabb [www.netfabb.com]
