Yes I tried to repair it with netfabb nevertheless there is no problem in netfabb, but this does not help 
I attached the file we are talking about, maybe someone else could try to slice it? Just for finding the problem
Or maybe there is something with the geometry Slic3r does not like, someone might recognise...

Thanks, at least a point to start at 
I couldn't go back in "time" because I need the new features of Slic3r for the quality of my BowderExtruder, but I could test the new beta...
