Pore Quality with Holes and Curves

Hi,

I have an object i created, and prints perfect with a makerbot and the default software that comes with it, however I'm trying to print it on another 3D printer and using Slic3r to create the G CODE, when printing anything with a hole in it, just before it completes the hole section at the top, it just bridges the gap instead of doing layer by layer getting both sides closer till they naturally meet, at first i thought it was the new printer i am using but then when i looked at the 3D View of the G Code i noticed the problem. Please See First Photo.

Also when doing a curved object, the last point of the curve seems very pore quality and again looking at the 3D View of the G CODE you can see the last couple of layers, it looks as if the lines have been spaced apart. please see second photo.
