I have an stl model that I am trying to print and Slic3r seems to arbitrarily avoid printing some of the small structures in it. Is there a setting for the smallest size it will print?

It sometimes seems to print it in one layer, but not in the next.

Have you enabled Detect Thin Walls, under Layers and perimeters?

I figured out that I was using Slic3r 1.0.0R3 and it does an OK job with the small structures. When I move to Slic3r 1.01 they aren't being printed.

I do have "Detect thin walls" checked in both.
