Missing layers in Slicer 1.0R3

I was wondering if my printer had something or my filament was contaminated, but after the second print where filament was missing at the exact same place, I looked closely at the gcode and ... tadaaaa !
The file is from the prusa i3 rework version, the extruder with integrated supports, sliced with a 0.25mm layer and a 20 pcent honeycomb infill.

Look at the gcode, you will see 2 missing layers and there is more....

I saw similar results as well, I un-ticked "Extra perimeters if needed" and that seems to have solved it.

Did you raise an issue in GitHub? The main chap who writes Slic3r doesn't read this forum that often so he may not know about the issue.

Using ABSPrusa Mendel Zaphod with Pronterface and slic3r 1.3.0. Printing well with 3mm PLA and ABS through 2 x J Head Mk IV b and Wade Geared Exruders. Controlled using RAMPS1.4 board running Marlin_v1.1.9
