slic3r raises Z axis and stops

I built and exported an object in Google Earth, then ran the slicc3r gui and exported the gcode. When I load it into pronterface and print, it just raises the Z axis about an inch and then stops. Any suggestions on why it would do this?

I am using the Evolution by 3DStuffMaker. I have successfully printed some of their demo files, but I haven't printed anything I have made.

Here are the files and my slic3r.ini.

Thanks, and any help is appreciated.

The issue was that I had auto-cooling enabled, and some option where it was waiting for the print head to reach a certain tempurature (that was above what I had set for the table). I disabled that and now it works fine.
