Chinese PLA ? Mine does that too (but not that much).

What is your speed ? maybe going faster for non printing moves could help.

The best solution IMO is using skeinforge and his wonderfull "comb" module, which ensures the minimum time is spent outside off the printed area of the layer.

Most of my technical comments should be correct, but is THIS one ?
Anyway, as a rule of thumb, always double check what people write.

i cant make it work on my win7 and there is far too much option

if have to do with that, just say it's a feature (microsoft formatted mind, i know ;-) ))

I don't get any ooze with PLA or ABS and have never needed comb. Things that affect it:-

Humidity makes PLA ooze more. I work in ~50% relative humidity.

I generally reverse a bit more than 1mm. It depends on the hot end and the gear backlash. Sometimes it needs about 2mm.

The rewind speed has to be fast relative to the normal extrusion speed. Make it as fas as you can without the motor stalling and if it still doesn't work try reducing the speed.
