Knocking over parts on multi part plates (solved)

Like the subject says, when I print multi-part plates (particularly with small parts), the nozzle has a tendency to knock parts or cause my steppers to skip when passing over parts. My best solution other than printing parts seperately is to use SFACT with comb on.

Not sure there's much I can do to fix this other than printing parts seperately, but I figuered I'd post it in case anybody found a work-a-round.

Any advice on how to make multi-part plates work with Slic3r? I'd much prefer to use Slic3r over SFACT if it wasn't for this porblem.

Thanks
