Prusa i3 bad printing on specific objects

Hi,

When i print that type of objects specially on pla (vases or other shperical objects) the first layers will print with bad quality as you can see in the photos. I have tried many different temperatures (190-210 on the extruder, 55-70 degrees on touching bed)
I also have attached the settings of cura engine ..
Any idea?

It appears you do not have a print cooling fan, when layers extend out/overhang, you need a print cooling fan, and you probably need to slow the printing down a bit

Ι have a cooling fan and i set it to 255 speed.
Also i tried to print with different speeds and the result is almost the same.confused smiley

what is your nozzle size?? is it a single wall vase is so try the spiral option slow it down

You have a pic of the cooling fan? what size is it?
