Difference in printing

Hi. I just wondering why do I have such an ugly printing on the belly, on the bottom of this frog and why is so nice and smooth on the top? I m using an original e3dv6 full with qualitative pla filament. Print quality 0.1mm 60mm/sec print speed, printing temp 210/55, print fan cooling at 255. The quality on the bottom should be like it is on the top without supports. As slicer, I'm using cura 2.3.0. Opinions? Thanks!

Lower the temperature to max 195 and try again, also on small objects is best to print slow 40mm/sec max.
It might also help to increase the retraction distance, use random starting point and adjust overlap percentage.

I have printed this part with 6.5 mm retraction distance, 45mm/s retraction speed 0% infill and printing speed 60mm/sec. I'll do the change and I'll post the differences. Thanks.

The belly is a nasty overhang - very difficult to print.

anything gets nasty, try printing lower microns and lower temps. you can also sand the bottom if you have the patience.
