First layer too high

Hi,

Im using Cura and the first layer is way too high ( about 1-2 mm).
I don't get why cause the z axis is calibrated and if i set it to 0 it hits the plate perfectly.

Prusa i3, Ramps 1.4.2, Marlin Firmware, Heatbed, Cura

How are you setting it to 0 ?
According to the G code it is 1st homing Z to 0 (G28 Z0), then on 1st print move it moves Z to Z.1

Don't know the exat word in english but with the endstop while ?homing? it gets the 0 position (paper can be slided under the nozzle)

After that the z axis moves 15mm up and then it moves with the z y and x axis at the same time to the startpoint.

But the nozzle is 1-2mm away from the printbed.
