Strange looking artifacts on two edges of a cubeconfused smiley

Hi everyone,

I've recently build my first Prusa i3 clone, and I'm having a strange printing issue. Any suggestions would be very helpful and much appreciated!
The problem:
When printing a cube, two of the edges (the two vertical edges pointing towards positive y axis) look bumpy and ugly, while the two other edges look fairly straight.
Please check the photos.
I'm printing PLA @ 185C. I've tried to turn the xy-jerk and acceleration down, which made it slightly less apparent. Slowing down the print speed also seems to help. But so far I have not been able to remove the problem, so it would be nice to find the underlying cause.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Sometimes overextrusion can look like this. You should try to decrease the flow to 90% or 95% and see if it something changes.
